Leadership Team

Chris Studenski – Senior Pastor

Prior to launching ECC, I served at a Gospel Mission in Minneapolis, on the Board of a Children’s Home in Mexico, at a small church in New Ulm, at a large church in Arden Hills and on the back of a garbage truck in Mendota Heights. Today, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving our church, getting outside, devouring leadership books and paying others to haul my garbage away. I do my best to stay in “Biffer-shape” and live in Shoreview with my wife Laura, our two girls Emma & Andra, and our two dogs Buster & Buddy.

Debbie Anderson – Elder, Vice Chair

I am a mother of two & married to Bruce. I’m a former teacher and now a volunteer. I have attended ECC for two and a half years and work in Kid’s Ministries. I enjoy gardening and volunteering at a local elementary school for pleasure. I accepted Christ as a child and have sought to grow in a relationship with him. I enjoy Bible study and small group participation.

Greg Herman – Elder, Chair

My wife Emily and I met while we were students at Northwestern College in Roseville. We were married there in 2006. I spend my day marketing a small local company and spend most of my free time watching sports, listening to music, learning how to cook and playing with our dog. I’ve had the pleasure of serving with ECC since day one and really enjoy being a part of the Worship and Communications teams.

Bridget Ouimet – Elder

My husband, Jerry, and I were married in 1994 and have two children: Evan and Gabby. We started coming to ECC in 2010 and have not looked back – we love our church home. I enjoy scrapbooking, lunch with friends, traveling and cheering on my family. I hold a degree in Organizational Development and currently work part-time as a property manager.

Becky Roesler – Elder, Secretary

My husband Mike and I have been married for 15 years and we have three children (Anna, Jonah & Ella). I grew up in Syracuse, NY and went to North Park University in Chicago. I’m trained as a Spanish/ESL teacher and currently working as a mom. Several of my interests include traveling with my family, tennis, golf (love/hate!), homemaking and my kids sports. I enjoy volunteering with the Women’s Ministry at ECC.

Dan Swanberg – Elder, Financial Officer

My wife Debby and I have two sons and a daughter-in-law.  I’m currently serving on the ECC Communications and Welcome Teams, and I also enjoy small groups.  Career-wise, I’ve held several positions for a local engineering company.  I like outdoors activities (biking, skiing, canoeing, etc.), reading (mostly nonfiction), museums and travel.
