Shared Mission & Vision

Our Invitation
Experience God With Us
Our Mission
To help people experience a deeper, more transformative walk with God and richer, more meaningful relationships with others.
Our Vision
We envision a worshipping community where everyone is growing in their relationship with God. We inspire curiosity among those who aren’t deliberately following Jesus, we help those who are curious to place their trust in God’s Word & His Salvation and we coach devoted believers towards full maturity in Christ.
We also envision a welcoming community where everyone is growing in their relationship with others. We encourage our neighbors to join us as our guests, we help our guests make friends and we invite our friends to join our family.
Our Invitation, Mission & Vision – in HD
Nothing on the planet has more redemptive potential than a church that’s tuned in to their unique, God-given mission.
As we increasingly live lives worthy of the name God gave us, we envision a community of faith through whom: the Gospel is proclaimed, the lost come home, believers mature, God-given abilities are deployed, resources are well-stewarded, relationships are reconciled, strangers become friends, the poor find compassion, ugly church politics find no foothold, singles aren’t alone, families are strengthened, young people are trained in the way they should go, hope is restored and God is glorified.
If we’re faithful to the emerging vision that God’s revealing, we’ll see growth… Not only in terms of relational depth with God and each other, but also as God adds to our number those who are being saved.
As we increase in size, we don’t envision one big, regional congregation. Instead, we see a growing, closely-knit family of community churches who share a common mission, core values, strategic staff and key resources. Each church will offer live teaching on Sundays and each church will uniquely reflect the community they are a part of.
As that family of community churches grows, we’ll continue to maximize our stewardship and local outreach by renting schools, community centers, theaters and other spaces. In addition, we hope to someday share a building that’s purposefully equipped for weddings, funerals and other significant life events. If God so leads, one day we’ll also share a resourcing campus especially suited for larger, cooperative events and purposes.
If you are church leader and who would like to discuss how you could become part of a movement like this, please contact Pastor Chris.
